Tip #2. Choose your Domain name for your website. Related to your niche/passion you now need to decide what domain name you wish to own. Make a list of several names to think about, and then when you finally pick a name, pick 5 or 6 alternative sites as well. When you pick them, go to http://www.godaddy.com and type in the name to see if your domain name is available. You want to think about a couple of things before choosing a name. How does it look on paper, is it easy to remember, or spell, is there common misspelled words in your name, is there double meanings in your name. That can be good and bad at the same time. So picking a domain name is not so easy, there is a lot to think about. But once you pick the right name you will know it. And DON’T be afraid to change the name sometime in midstream, you are never locked into a name. Your business can do good or not so good. It is all in the name. And remember you are in control of where your business goes. So Think of the things that cause you to be excited, then you are more likely to spend more time and do more for your business than if you just pick a topic that you think will make you lots of money, because the end result is that your passion is what drives you and will be what makes you successful.
